Chi Tiết Công Việc

Assist in planning and executing retail marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store activities aligned with brand strategy.
Conduct market and competitor research to uncover retail trends and customer insights.
Prepare reports and proposals to evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure engaging and consistent product presentation.
Track and analyse campaign effectiveness, store traffic, and customer engagement metrics.
Support multi-channel marketing efforts, including content creation, advertising, and event planning.
Work with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Provide support to the manager and team on ad-hoc tasks and strategic initiatives.

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
Proactive and adaptable—able to work independently and in teams within a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a strong visual sense and attention to detail.
Organised and efficient with excellent time management skills.
Curious and innovative problem-solver.
