Engineering senior staff control methode diagram for machine and process.
Make opearion standard for each machine.
Control drawing in factory include facility drawing and machine drawing, tooling drawing.
Daily work with CFT team to investigate machine trouble and improvement machine (mechanical improvement and electric, PLC program improves also).
Follow new project, new machine project, new product project.
Support maintenance team to repair, fix machine trouble, maintenance machine.
Control machine cycle time and investigate reduce machine cycle time.
Control spare part for Maintenance operation, Monthly create Purchasing order for consumption part and spare part then submit to manager.
Work with SAP system (Create BOM, Material, PR…).
IATF 16949, ISO14001 and ISO45001.
Support control some job regarding IS job PC, Telephone, Lan.
Involve in maintaining such activities towards Environmental Management System as keeping 5S, keeping clean environment, complying with the statutory requirements or company regulations on environmental protection etc.

College level and above.
Preferable technical, electrical, automation and related major.
At least one year working in manufacturing multinational company.
Have experience in manufacturing engineering function.
Good at kaizen, cost improving activities.
Well understanding in Problem solving 5W1H, 8D….
Good in English skills.
Installing software/hardware.
Candidates can read and make drawing Autocad, Proficiency in Inventor 3D is an advantage.
Proficiency in PLC programming (Keyence, Omron, Delta).
Can work (Repair, install) Automation device like Inventor, Servo, Sensor, motor....
Proficiency in SAP, MES, ERP is advantage.
