Mô tả công việc:
- Supervise and manage the production engineering
- Improve production processes
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Provide technical support
- Manage and control production costs
- Prepare reports and evaluations
- Improvement manufacturing (norm consumption calculation, cycletime checking, systematize workflow, kaizen activities, defect analyze)
- Other tasks given by Factory leader
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Male: 30~35 years old
- Good health, able to work independently, under high pressure, proactive.
- Technical background (mechanical, chemistry, industrial management,...)
- Strong in Kaizen (improvement, innovation, LEAN)
- Skill work with ERP is a plus
- 03 years experienced.
