Mô tả công việc:

Support direct superior to control and maintain spare parts operations.
Support departmental plans and company policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Handle and control the process of receiving, storing, issuing, inventory counting, and verifying spare parts, ensuring readiness for use:
- Inspect all ordered spare parts upon factory receipt using RI or MERI forms.
- Store inspected spare parts in designated locations and input receipt data into the system.
- Issue spare parts as per requisition lists and input issue data into the system.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile with accounting records; investigate discrepancies and request adjustments.
- Inspect spare parts for usability; report unusable items to the spare parts manager.
Coordinate procurement of spare parts for stock reserve or maintenance team requests:
- Collect data to generate requisition forms.
- Track processed requisitions and ensure timely delivery to meet operational needs.
Prepare reports for spare parts management:
- Generate daily and monthly status reports.
Maintain and update inventory data in the CMMS system for accuracy and modernity.
Adhere to work standards and improve the CMMS system to support maintenance operations; provide guidance to staff/subordinate officers.
Oversee and ensure job quality before delivery to business partners:
- Provide knowledge and instructions on tasks and safety to regular and contract partners.
- Inspect work quality before handover.
Perform Safety Officer duties at supervisor level:
- Supervise compliance with work safety rules and regulations.
- Instruct employees on proper work practices and ensure workplace safety.
- Inspect machinery, tools, and equipment for safety before daily work.
- Investigate incidents/accidents with safety officers and submit reports.
- Promote and support safety activities; perform safety duties as assigned.
Perform safety, environmental, and energy work according to company policies, rules, and legal requirements. (Staff level standard clause)
Participate in productivity improvement activities according to company policies. (Standard clause for All)
Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior. (Standard clause for All)

Yêu cầu công việc:

Diploma degree or Bachelor
Field/Major: Technology or related field
Minimum 0 –5 years in the field or related field ( Spare Part / Material Control)
Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
