Maintenance the SAP data to ensure it meets the required standards, remains up-to-date, and is effective.
Monitor and improve the process work the data input into the SAP to ensure quality.
Manage and continuously improve the SAP to support ongoing departmental operations.
Analyze and synthesize data to create reports and recommendations for supervisors and departments.
Plan and manage departmental tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Liaise and coordinate with internal and external departments.
Facilitate meetings to ensure cooperation between the maintenance department and other relevant departments.
Perform safety, environmental, and energy work according to the company’s policies, rules and regulations, and legal requirements.
Participate in productivity improvement activities according to the company's policies.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Management, Automation, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or a related field).
Fresh – 8 years of experience in SAP data management, maintenance planning, or operations support (SAP PM/MM is a strong advantage).
Proficient in SAP systems and MS Excel, with strong data accuracy and reporting skills.
Ability to analyze data, improve processes, and provide recommendations to management.
Good communication English skills with the ability to coordinate across internal and external departments.
Knowledge of HSE, safety, environmental and energy regulations, and willingness to participate in productivity improvement initiatives.

100% salary during 2-month probation.
