Mô tả công việc:

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for ensuring competent maintenance management and execution, and to lead the implementation and execution of the deliciated area (Process/Filling &Packing/Machine) asset maintenance programmed aimed to eliminate unplanned stops and optimize maintenance cost and as a result increase asset intensity.

Provide support for Improvement Project, Automation (E&A) professional and technical operational activities, doing so in line with corporate guidelines, enforcing that all activities enhance business objectives, product quality and plant operation/performance while ensuring that people health and safety, product safety, and environment are never compromised.


A DAY IN THE LIFE …

1. Manage existing assets - Planned maintenance:

Establish and control maintenance routines to ensure that maintenance activities are scheduled and executed in time with high quality.

Lead implementation of the maintenance methodologies (PM pillar , foundations) across factory/department, usually member of PM pillar.

Coach and promote breakdown analysis.

Ensures availability of maintenance resources to implement and execute maintenance routines, methodologies.


2. Manage existing assets - Budget management:

Provide input for annual maintenance budget.

Report and track maintenance budget according to guidelines. Analyse over/under spending and put in place corrective actions.


3. Build Engineering Capability:

Create and manage competence building plan (CBP) for the team.

Organise technical training program for all factory maintenance staff.

Promote and educate Factory executive committee about importance of Maintenance.

Provide input for maintenance staff succession planning.

Build up maintenance methodologies competencies within Engineering, on the topics from Roles and Responsibilities matrix


4. Manage existing assets - Production support:

Support the implementation AM pillar methodologies.

Coordinate production support to eliminate quality defects, safety risks and chronic technical issues.

Responsible to link production and engineering, by being active member of Local committee.

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Education requirement: minimum bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance or related majors

- English ability: good in listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

- Experience related to position: at least 2 years of experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as a Mechanical Engineer, or other similar positions)

- Skills: planning CM, PM process and supervising the execution; strong problem solving and can work with cross functions

- Personnel Supervisory experience with technical teams (contractors, suppliers or other 3rd parties)
