Chi Tiết Công Việc

Control and maintain spare parts operations.
Cooperate and participate in activities according to company policy.
Liaise and coordinate with internal and external departments.
Plan and manage departmental tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Control and monitor spare part receiving, storage, distribution, and inventory counts.
Control and monitor procurement notifications for spare parts to maintain inventory reserves.
Maintain and improve the process of data input into SAP to ensure quality.
Facilitate meetings to ensure cooperation between the maintenance department and other relevant departments.
Participate in safety and 5S activities.
Perform safety, environmental, and energy work according to company policies, rules, regulations, and legal requirements.
Participate in productivity improvement activities according to company policies.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Education:
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree
- Field/Major: Engineering or related field
Work Experience:
- Fresh - 5 Experience years in industrial or related field
Other Requirements (if needed):
- Knowledge:Knowledge of company procedures and activities; proficiency in maintenance management processes; SAP training.
- Skills:Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint; good interpersonal skills.
- Language:Good command of English

100% salary during 2-month probation.
Canteen provided during working shifts.
13th-month salary (including probation, applicable after 3 months).
