Logistics Specialist (Senior Executive)

Transportation coordination

• Manage, monitor, evaluate 3PL service provider for on time delivery, cost efficiency and quality service control

• Observe KPIs for service provider (develop more and implement to adapt Market requirement)

• Handle route logistics planning & resolve daily delivery issues.

Customs brokerage outsourcing management

• Coordinate customs clearance activities with brokers to ensure compliance with import/export regulation (inbound shipment and domestic for EPE)

• Optimize customs processes to minimize lead time and cost.

Logistics cost analysis:

• Track and analyze all logistics cost relate supply chain operation.

• Identify cost saving opportunities to actualize saving project.

• Propose logistics budget and control budget.

Vendor engagement & bidding process

• Research market on logistics area

• Lead bidding process follow procurement policy (evaluate vendor proposal -> milestone bidding > finalize contract)

• 4 years experiences related job description, strong in customs & distribution operations.

• Degree in: Economic, Logistics & Supply Chain, Foreign Trade

• Good negotiation skills for problem-solving

• Advanced excel/google sheet, some system (ERP) knowledge is added advantage.

• Good command of English
