Chi Tiết Công Việc

Receive and process Sales Orders (SO) from Sales Admin.
Generate invoices and relevant documents in the ERP system.
Prepare shipping and delivery documents, including invoices and delivery orders.
Coordinate with transport providers to ensure on-time deliveries.
Execute and monitor daily delivery schedules.
Update delivery schedules to transport vendors.
Track shipment status and resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
Handle logistics complaints and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.
Prepare daily logistics and delivery status reports.
Analyze logistics and supply chain data to identify trends and provide improvement recommendations.
Other duties as assigned by managers.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain operations.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Able to work under pressure with a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Proactive, willing to learn, and adaptable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Basic English communication skills.
