Lifting Supervisor - Giám Sát Thiết Bị Nâng Hạ

• 1. Planning & Coordination

  • Develop plans and schedules for lifting equipment (PTTB) and manpower to support operation and lifting activities.

  • Monitor equipment operation status, resolve issues, and make necessary adjustments to meet customer requirements.

  • Compile and submit periodic reports on PTTB performance as a basis for maintenance and repair planning.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts for fuel, lubricants, and spare parts consumption.

  2. Site Coordination & Supervision

  • Coordinate with plant workshops, internal departments, and clients to receive and execute requests for lifting equipment.

  • Supervise lifting and transportation operations to ensure safety and efficiency.

  • Plan, organize, and oversee lifting activities at construction sites.

  • Supervise the operation, assembly, and dismantling of 1250T cranes; organize regular maintenance and repair work.

  3. Technical Management & Training

  • Manage and study manufacturers’ technical documents to develop operation, maintenance, and dismantling manuals for lifting equipment.

  • Organize and conduct internal training for operators and technicians on operation, maintenance, and dismantling procedures.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

• For fresh graduates:

  • Bachelor’s degree with Good or higher GPA, majoring in Mechanical Handling, Automotive Engineering, or Construction Machinery.

• For experienced candidates:

  • Prior experience as a Lifting/Equipment Coordination Supervisor or in similar lifting operation management roles.

Other Requirements

• • Strong English communication and documentation skills_ Equivalent to TOEIC 650 or above

  • Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic construction environment.
