Kỹ Sư Pre-Sales (Server & Cctv) - Hồ Chí Minh

-Nghiên cứu thị trường server & CCTV tại Việt Nam, cập nhật xu hướng công nghệ, sản phẩm đối thủ và nhu cầu khách hàng.
- Phân tích yêu cầu kỹ thuật trong hồ sơ mời thầu, phối hợp chuẩn bị tài liệu, đảm bảo hồ sơ hợp lệ.
- Khảo sát, tư vấn cấu hình server, storage & CCTV phù hợp; thực hiện POC/demo trực tiếp cho khách hàng.
- Giải đáp phản hồi kỹ thuật, cung cấp bảng so sánh giải pháp với đối thủ.
- Cấu hình và đề xuất giải pháp, chuẩn bị báo giá, hỗ trợ đàm phán cùng đội ngũ kinh doanh.

Job Description:
- Research the server & CCTV market in Vietnam, stay updated on technology trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Analyze technical requirements in tender documents, coordinate documentation, and ensure compliant submissions.
- Consult customers, recommend optimal server, storage & CCTV configurations; conduct POC/demo sessions.
- Address technical feedback and provide solution comparisons with competitors.
- Configure and propose solutions, prepare quotations, and support negotiations with the sales team.

- Có kiến thức/kinh nghiệm 3-5 năm trong lĩnh vực server, storage, CCTV hoặc hệ thống giám sát.
- Kỹ năng phân tích, tư vấn giải pháp, giao tiếp tốt.
- Tư duy cầu nối giữa kỹ thuật và kinh doanh.
- Ưu tiên: Giao tiếp Tiếng Anh tốt; kinh nghiệm hồ sơ đấu thầu hoặc triển khai dự án công nghệ.

Requirements
- Knowledge/experience (3-5 years) in servers, storage, CCTV, or surveillance systems.
- Strong analytical, consultancy, and communication skills.
- Ability to bridge technical solutions with business value.
- Preferred: Fluent in English communication; experience with bid documents or technology project implementation.
