Junior Market Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven Junior Trader to join our trading team. As a Trader, you will monitor and analyze digital asset markets, identify trading opportunities, and execute strategies in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor cryptocurrency markets, order books, and macro events to identify opportunities and manage risk.

• Execute trades across multiple exchanges with speed, accuracy, and discipline.

• Perform both quantitative and qualitative market analysis to generate actionable insights.

• Collaborate with research and data science teams to refine strategies and improve execution.

• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide feedback to optimize trading strategies.

• Stay up-to-date with market structure, regulatory developments, and emerging crypto trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field (advanced degree is a plus, but not required).

• 2+ years of trading experience (crypto, equities, FX, or derivatives).

• Previous roles as a Blockchain Quant Researcher, Investment Analyst, or Trader with demonstrable trading impact.

• Proven experience building, deploying, and monitoring automated trading bots (Python preferred).

• Strong understanding of crypto markets, digital assets, and trading fundamentals.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to process and act on large volumes of data in real time.

• Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a strong team-player mindset.

• Highly competitive drive with the resilience to perform in a fast-moving environment.

• Willingness to work flexible or untraditional hours to align with market activity.

Bonus:

• Research contributions in areas such as Solana, Ethereum, or Layer-2 ecosystems.

• Familiarity with quantitative backtesting frameworks and machine learning techniques for financial data.
