IT Product Support (Open For Fresher)[HCM]

• Product support & troubleshooting: Ensure stable operation of the product through receiving, processing requests and coordinating with relevant departments to promptly fix problems.

• System configuration & maintenance: Perform system configuration and calibration according to updated requirements; ensure accuracy, logic and meet operational needs.

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), evaluate the quality of new features and provide feedback to improve user experience.

• Implementation coordination & user support: Support in product release stages, including post-implementation testing, preparation of documentation and training of internal users

• Education: Graduated from College/University majoring in IT, Business, Logistics, Marketing or related fields.

• Technical skills: Experience in using ticketing systems, internal portals and technical support tools (GSheet, ..). Ability to read and understand technical documents, perform UAT, record errors and write clear documents.

• Analysis & compliance with processes: Good analytical skills, work according to standard processes, coordinate effectively with groups to ensure service quality.

• Communication: Communicate clearly, proactively clarify requirements and coordinate well with internal groups

• Language: Ability to read, understand and write English documents.
