IT On - Call Engineer (Quận 4)

Working place: Company branch office, 40 Nguyen Truong To, Xom Chieu Ward, HCMC

Time working:Mon to Fri: 08.30 - 12.00 & 13.00 - 17.30

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive request from the company in the form of work/ service orders for dispatch, completion of the request and submits service activity reports to the company detailing the status of the request.
• Computer hardware and software installation and configuration as may be required by the company.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting of computer hardware and software necessary in restoring the services offered by the company.
• Repair of defective computer hardware equipment as may be required by the company.
• Parts are not included and will be charged separately.
• Preventive maintenance services on the equipment as may be required by the company.
• Software support and maintenance as may be required by the company.
• Performs cabling connectivity as may be required by the company.
• Coordinate with appropriate work groups of the company on any work related task.
• Prepare and submit to the company the necessary regular and periodic reports.
• Other IT service - related task that may be required by the company from time to time.
• Consistent expert supervision and labor necessary to perform and complete the necessary requirements.
• Follow company's assignments

Requirements:

• Be certified or holding the “certificate of completion” for one of the following certifications: MSCA or CCNA
• At least 03-year experience as IT support or IT helpdesk
• Able to communicate in English at intermediate level
