Mô tả công việc:

1. Team Management
- Oversee the hiring, onboarding, evaluation, and feedback processes for team members.
- Set team goals and track progress to ensure project success.
- Support skill development and career growth for team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other managers to support organizational management Prepare and present regular reports on project status, team performance, and key metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
2. People Management
- Enhance team motivation and engagement.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to address concerns and challenges.
- Promote diversity and inclusion, fostering a healthy workplace culture.
- Act as an active mentor within the team, promoting growth and learning opportunities.
3. Project Management
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of engineering resources
- Monitor project progress and manage risks.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage their expectations.
4. Technical Solutions
- Support technical problem-solving and implement best practices.
- Encourage the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance the team's capabilities.
* Working time: 8 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Age: 27 - 40
- 5 years or more of hands-on experience in software development.
- Have experience working as a manager or in equivalent positions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Understanding and practice of diversity and inclusion.
- English: Intermediate level
<Prefer>
- Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in Fintech is a big plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects.
- Experience in working in multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in Java development
- Good Japanese
- Well-organized, capable of performing multiple tasks, able to work under high pressure.
