IT Engineer

1. Hardware and software management

• Identifying hardware and software solutions.
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting technical issues on hardware and software.
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
• Ensure mandatory software and policies are applied to each asset.

2. Network management

• Diagnosing and identify repairing faults.
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
• Resolving network issues.

3. IT helpdesk

• Coordinate each Onboarding and Offboarding of employees by procedure.
• Manage the packaging, courier, and acceptance of IT assets from vendor and customers.
• Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
• Providing timely and accurate customer feedback therefore follow up till closure.
• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• IT training for new employees: Prepare materials to train new employees on data storage, computer maintenance, how to use copiers, and how to book meeting rooms.

4. IT Asset management

• Maintain IT Asset inventory and ensure all assets are registered into the system.
• Maintenance and cleanliness of assets. Making sure all assets are neat and tidy.
• Coordinate with vendor on replacing, servicing, or repairing the parts when necessary.

• Graduated from college/university, major in IT
• Experience >1 year in a similar position
• Use English fluently, read and understand specialized documents
• Be proactive in work, manage, arrange, and handle daily tasks
