IT Comtor

We are looking for a skilled IT Comtor to work onsite in Vietnam, facilitation smooth communication between the Korean IT department and local Vietnamese partners and developers while also managing and operating IT infrastructure in financial sector. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Korean and Vietnamese, has a strong understanding of IT terminology and technologies, and demonstrates a keen interest and passion for IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Quickly and accurately translate technical documents, emails, and communication materials between Korean and Vietnamese.

• Provide interpretation support during meetings, workshops, conference calls, and training sessions.

• Clarify and coordinate project requirements and technical specifications between Korean and Vietnamese teams.

• Ensure precise communication related to software development tasks and IT infrastructure operations.

• Manage IT infrastructure establishment, maintenance, and operations.

• Perform technical risk analysis and propose appropriate management solutions.

• Assist in drafting meeting minutes, technical reports, and project documentation.

• Resolve communication issue sand mediate conflicts between teams.

• Maintain and manage technical glossaries to ensure consistent communication.

주요 업무

• 기술 문서, 이메일 및 커뮤니케이션 자료의 한국어↔베트남어 간 신속·정확한 번역

• 회의, 워크숍, 컨퍼런스콜, 교육 세션에서의 통역 지원

• 프로젝트 요구사항 및 기술 사양 명확화와 양국 팀 간의 조율 지원

• 소프트웨어 개발 업무 및 IT 인프라 관련 업무에서 정확한 커뮤니케이션 지원

• IT 인프라 구축 및 유지 관리 업무 수행

• 기술적 위험 분석 및 적절한 관리 방안 제시

• 회의록, 보고서, 프로젝트 문서 작성 지원

• 팀 간 커뮤니케이션 문제 해결 및 갈등 중재 지원

• 기술 용어집 관리 및 일관된 커뮤니케이션 유지 관리

Must Have:

• Fluency in Korean and Vietnamese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), TOPIK Level 5 or higher.

• Bachelor’s degree in Korean Language, Information Technology, or related fields, or study experience in Korea.

• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and terminologies.

• Proactive, enthusiastic, diligent, and responsible attitude.

Nice to Have:

• 1+ year of relevant work experience as an IT Comtor or in IT translation/interpretation roles.

• 1+ year of experience in IT infrastructure setup, management, or operation.

• Experience supporting or participating in system architecture design for IT projects.

• Ability to read technical documentation in English.

• Experience working in Korean corporations or understanding of Korean corporate culture.

• Professional certifications related to translation, interpretation, or IT.

필수 사항

• 한국어(듣기·말하기·읽기·쓰기) 및 베트남어 능통자 (TOPIK 5급 이상)

• 한국어학 또는 정보기술(IT) 및 관련 분야 학사 학위 보유자 또는 한국 유학 경험자

• IT 인프라 및 시스템 아키텍처 개념에 대한 기본적인 이해 및 IT 용어 숙지

• 적극적이고 열정적이며 성실하고 책임감 있는 업무 태도

우대 사항

• IT Comtor 또는 IT 관련 번역/통역 분야에서 1년 이상의 경력

• IT 인프라 구축 및 관리 업무 경험 (1년 이상)

• IT 프로젝트 시스템 아키텍처 설계 지원 또는 관련 업무 경험자

• 영어로 된 기술 문서 독해 가능자

• 한국 기업 근무 경험이 있거나 한국 기업 문화에 대한 이해가 높은 인재

• 번역·통역 또는 IT 관련 전문 자격증 소지자
