Chi Tiết Công Việc

Support end-to-end planning and execution of innovation and startup programs (startup acceleration, innovation challenges, trade promotion missions, capacity-building events).
Coordinate logistics, timelines, documentation, and onboarding of startups, mentors, and speakers.
Liaise with international partners (accelerators, embassies, government agencies, universities, corporates); prepare project briefs, partnership decks, and reports.
Coordinate online/offline events: venue booking, speaker coordination, registration, on-site support, and marketing collaboration.
Build and maintain community relationships (startups, alumni, mentors); support newsletters, surveys, and content.
Track KPIs and program milestones; support data collection, post-program evaluation, and improvement suggestions.

At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, startup programs, innovation, education, or community building.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Professional communication in English and Vietnamese (spoken & written).
Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Lark, Trello, Zoom, Canva.
Prior experience with startups, accelerators, or NGOs is a plus.
Detail-oriented, dependable, eager to grow and take ownership.
