Import Export Senior Staff (Temporary 6 Months)

Department: Purchasing and Import, Export Dept

1. Purpose

Hino Motors Vietnam (HMV) - leading truck manufacturer in Vietnam is looking for a temporary Senior Staff to support our Import–Export operations during a period of high workload.

This role ensures smooth handling of import procedures for service parts, accurate documentation, and timely coordination with logistics partners and government authorities.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Handle import procedures for Service Parts/CKD, including document preparation, customs declaration, shipment tracking, and record keeping.

• Support certification applications per shipment (e.g., quality certificates, compliance documents).

• Coordinate with other departments, suppliers, logistics partners, and government authorities to ensure timely, accurate and smooth import operations.

• Monitor and summarize import-related activities, assist in monthly import reporting.

• Provide administrative support such as document filing, audit preparation, and other tasks assigned by manager.

3. Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Import Export, Economics or International Business.

• Experience:

o Minimum 1–2 years of experience in import–export operations. Experience in automotive or industrial goods is a plus.

o Good understanding of customs procedures and shipping documentation.

o Early availability will be an advantage.

• Skills:

o Good communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.

o English proficiency: TOEIC 550+ or equivalent.

o Proficient in MS Office
