Mô tả công việc:

Purpose of position:

The HR & Admin Coordinator manages all HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations, legal compliance, and a positive workplace. This includes the full employee lifecycle, payroll, statutory insurance, and oversight of administrative activities to support organizational efficiency.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Human Resources

Hiring & Employee Journey

• Lead recruitment activities from end-to-end including: job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks…in collaboration with hiring managers.

• Prepare labor contracts and handle onboarding for new employees to make sure they settle in well and understand company policies.

• Manage offboarding by handling clearance, exit interviews, and final payments.


Employee Administration & Compliance

• Process monthly payroll, manage statutory insurance as well as track employee leaves.

• Ensure all HR processes comply with Vietnamese labor laws and company policies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both digital and paper) as well as prepare HR-related documents/ reports.


Expatriate Management

• Prepare applications for Work Permits, and TRCs.

• Coordinate with authorities and service providers to ensure timely processing.


2. Administration

• Work closely with the Admin Executive to help ensure smooth daily operations.

• Control administrative budgets and expenses.

• Act as backup for Admin Executive when absent.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

• Support Operations Manager with ad-hoc administrative projects.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Can start immediately

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in handling multiple HR & Admin responsibilities, preferably in a multinational or trading company.

• Proven ability to work independently without a dedicated HR team.

• Solid understanding of Vietnam labor laws and insurance regulations.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Good written and spoken English.
