1. Strategic Planning (Company & Division/Function Level)
- Analysis & Data: Collect and analyze internal and external environmental data to support company strategy and business segments (golf, F&B, conferences, etc.).
- Strategy Development: Develop products, services, markets, distribution channels, and integrated marketing strategies (online and offline).
- Objectives & Metrics: Define short-term and long-term goals and establish measurable KPIs.
2. Strategy Implementation & Monitoring
- Advise the Board of Directors and Department Heads/Deputy Heads on strategy implementation and monitoring.
- Develop and improve standards and budget planning (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually).
- Control operating costs; evaluate and adjust strategies promptly based on market feedback.
3. Sales Support (Business & Marketing Support)
- Plan, adjust pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns to boost sales.
- Develop customer outreach strategies/scenarios, sales kits, and address special requests.
- Allocate and monitor sales targets; propose solutions to enhance competitiveness.
4. Customer Acquisition Development
- Search for, cultivate, and expand the network of target customers, partners, agents, and channels (MICE, weddings, group tours, VIP clients, etc.).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate the implementation of promotional programs to promote the brand and boost sales.
5. Customer Care Before and After Sales
- Build close relationships with customers and partners.
- Advise to ensure the fulfillment of commitments regarding product/service quality; resolve issues promptly.
- Develop a customer care program that exceeds expectations; collect data and establish a CRM system for effective management.
6. Brand Development (In collaboration with the Marketing Department)
- Build the brand framework, improve brand identity, and promote it to target customers.
- Guide and supervise personnel to ensure consistent marketing and communication activities.
- Manage the brand image across media channels and social networks.
7. Public Relations (PR)
- Organize customer events and conferences.
- Build good relationships with the press and handle media crises (if any).
8. Reporting and Analysis
- Collaborate in preparing periodic business reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually).
- Analyze business results to propose improvements or changes to strategies as needed.
9. Processes & Technology
- Comply with, provide feedback on, and improve company and departmental processes and regulations.
- Request, apply, and improve technology in internal operations and inter-departmental collaboration.
10. Team Development
- Participate in building corporate culture and recruiting the right people.
- Plan the needs and establish the internal staffing structure of the department/division.
- Evaluate the quality of the team (competence, work efficiency); motivate, train, and develop a successor team.
11. Other Ad-hoc Tasks
Perform other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent.
- Certificate of participation in advanced management training programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in CRM, Google Ads, Facebook Business, email marketing…
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position with proven sales tracking
- Ability to communicate in English or Korean
