Horizontal NE is a cross‐domain engineering organization within XC, responsible for :
Developing and scaling reusable software and platform assets across ADAS, Radar, Video, and integrated vehicle computing platforms.
The organization owns horizontal topics such as base software, middleware, safety, security, compute, and engineering methods, supporting XC‐CP, XC‐CE, XC‐AC, and XC‐AS products.
Horizontal NE works closely with product teams to enable standardization, reuse, and technical alignment across projects. It plays a key role in building future‐ready platforms for software‐defined vehicles, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and scalability across XC portfolios.

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable collaborating in global teams.
2-7 years of experience in embedded systems.
GTest competency for C / C++ development
Hands-on / knowledge on ARM microcontroller architecture
Experience in driver development (Spi, ADC,...), OS, Safety,..
ASIL SW development
Able to read technical specifications, electronics datasheet, schematic.
SW development Debugger tools like T32, or similar.
Good debugging and analyzing skills
Self-driven, proactive, and able to take ownership of modules/features end-to-end.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable collaborating in global teams.
