Mô tả công việc:

Support product portfolio planning, product positioning, pricing, and lifecycle management.
Coordinate new product launches and ensure launch readiness across relevant functions.
Monitor product performance and recommend actions to improve sales and market competitiveness.
Maintain and update product information, specifications, pricing, and product-related documents.
Monitor market trends, consumer needs, competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and risks.
Provide product and market insights to support business and commercial decisions.
Manage product artwork, packaging information, POSM, product catalogues, key visuals, and other marketing assets.
Coordinate with Marketing, agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Ensure product communication and marketing materials are consistent with brand and product positioning.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams on daily product and commercial requirements.
Prepare product presentations, sales tools, product comparisons, and training materials.
Support sales activities, promotions, dealer/channel programs, and other product-related initiatives.
Provide timely product information and recommendations to support business operations.
Act as a key coordinator among Product, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other relevant functions.
Follow up on product-related projects and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with regional/HQ teams when required.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Category Management, or related roles.
Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, FMCG, or other consumer product industries is preferred.
Strong understanding of product management, market analysis, pricing, and marketing execution.
Hands-on experience with product artwork, POSM, marketing materials, and product launches is an advantage.
Good analytical, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good command of English.
Proactive, hands-on, commercially minded, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
Integrity – Problem solving skills and Teamwork spirit.
