Graphic Designer

• Creative Design Production
• Design marketing and communication materials across multiple platforms, including social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, EDMs, landing pages, websites, presentation slides, and printed collateral.
• Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, sales activities, events, and internal communications, including key visuals, backdrops, standees, invitations, newsletters, and internal announcements.
• Support the sales team by designing sales-related materials such as announcements, infographics, floor plans, and other supporting visuals.
• Edit images and produce simple video content using CapCut or similar software to support marketing, communication, and event activities.
• Brand Management & Marketing Support
• Ensure brand consistency across all design and communication materials in accordance with Savills' brand guidelines.
• Design creative branded merchandise and corporate identity items, including name cards, gifts, uniforms, and promotional items.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver design projects on time and to the required quality standards, while contributing creative ideas to marketing and communication campaigns.
• Provide design and operational support for departmental and company events as assigned by management.

• Certificates or proven portfolio in Graphic Design, Creative Visual.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Good English communication is an advantage.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, agency, or corporate marketing environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects).
• Experience in designing both print and digital media.

• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, willing-to-do, positive and responsible, open to feedback.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
