Magazine Layout: Design and produce page layouts for CAKE, PIE, and COOKIE across print and digital editions, maintaining consistency with each publication's visual identity and typographic standards.
Supplemental Editorial Formats: Extend the editorial aesthetic into supporting formats including e-blasts, show-daily content, title artwork, and other issue-specific material as the publishing calendar demands.
Client Asset Production: Design and produce client-facing materials including social media graphics, website visuals, digital banners, and display assets — maintaining strict adherence to each client's brand identity across all formats.
Presentation & Event Design: Build polished presentation decks and develop visual systems for client events, product launches, and campaigns, ensuring consistent application across print, digital, and environmental formats.
Brand Stewardship: Apply brand guidelines accurately on both sides of the role — whether that means a publication's house style or a client's identity system — and raise a flag when a brief pushes outside established boundaries.
File & Asset Management: Maintain well-organised, properly named working files across both departments that can be handed off to colleagues, revisited after months, or passed directly to a client without a cleanup pass.

English (B2) — Comfortable working in English for briefs, feedback, and day-to-day communication across both departments. Non-negotiable.
InDesign & Layout — Deep, hands-on proficiency in Adobe InDesign. Must have experience producing both editorial publications and client-facing materials from brief to final file.
Photoshop & Illustrator — Solid working knowledge of both tools as part of a professional design production workflow — used regularly across editorial and agency deliverables.
Figma — Confident working in Figma for presentation assets, digital components, and collaborative design work. Fluency required; full mastery is not.
Typography — Strong command of typographic principles — hierarchy, spacing, font pairing — applied to both print editorial and digital client formats.
Brand Consistency — Proven ability to work within established brand identities across multiple formats — whether a publication house style or a client's visual guidelines — without drifting.
