Giám Sát Kho Vận/Supervisor In-Outbound

• INBOUND SUPERVISOR

- Responsible for organizing and coordinating the daily work content of the receiving team position.
- Responsible for formulating the work specification process of this group position to ensure that the work process is standardized, the documents are delivered on time, and the content is accurate.
- Responsible for the training of daily work content for new employees after they join the company.
- Responsible for recording the arrival of customers every day and arranging personnel operations in advance.
- Responsible for following up on the progress of daily receiving and abnormal situations, and providing feedback on the daily receiving report.
- Responsible for connecting customers to handle arrival exceptions and other value-added services.
- Responsible for rationally allocating the use of the receiving platform to avoid conflicts.
- Responsible for managing assets in the receiving area to avoid losses.
- Responsible for coordinating and maintaining good cooperation with suppliers and delivery personnel.
- Responsible for managing 6S in the area under his/her responsibility.
- Responsible for maintaining the reservation system and coordinating the review and review of supplier delivery orders.

• OUTBOUND SUPERVISOR

- Oversee outbound warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Supervise and lead outbound warehouse staff, ensuring efficient task completion.
- Ensure timely dispatch of orders according to customer requirements.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with inventory teams to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Enforce safety protocols and warehouse compliance.
- Implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Prepare reports on outbound operations and team performance.

- Full-time bachelor's degree or above
- Logistics, management, supply chain and related majors
- No gender restrictions, 23-35 years old
- More than 5 years of industry experience, more than 3 years of e-commerce warehouse management experience
- Proficient in WORD, EXCEL (function), PPT and other office software
- Applicants with work experience in B2C/B2B warehouses such as eBay, Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, etc. will be given priority.
- Those with e-commerce and beauty product warehouse management experience and peer management experience are preferred.
- Familiar with logistics and warehousing operational processes, especially e-commerce collection operational modes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong learning ability and familiar with WMS system operation.
- Strong ability to withstand stress and strong self-motivation.
- Ability to communicate in English or Mandarin (optional).
