Furniture Production Coordinator

- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of all relevant documents.
- Collect and organize order-related documents from the Merchandiser (MR).
- Follow up with MR on missing documents if not received within one week.
- Monitor production progress and alert the respective MR in case of delays.
- Communicate with the production team and coordinate with QC for inspections.
- Ensure final copies of order-related documents are sent to the QC team weekly.
- Advise appropriate date for buyer’s QC inspection after finalizing details with the QC Head.
- Obtain bulk and sample inspection reports from QC and send them to MR via email.
- Record packaging dimensions received from QC inspection reports.
- Gather and report complaints from QA/QC Head to MR via email.
- Attend weekly meetings with MR every Monday to review updates.
- Handle communication with QC regarding inspection documents.
- Assist with any ad hoc assignments as required by management.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in production coordination or quality assurance is a plus.
- Basic written English
