Full - Stack Tech Lead (Hanoi / Software) [Cau Giay - Hanoi]

As a Tech Lead, you will drive the design and development of scalable systems supporting our digital platforms.
You will lead a cross-functional engineering team, oversee technical decisions, and ensure efficient delivery of new features and enhancements.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a central role in building and expanding our technology stack as we prepare for regional growth across Vietnam and Japan.

【Responsibilities】
- Lead and manage full-cycle development projects, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define technical requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to team members.
- Introduce process improvements, optimize development workflows, and ensure high code quality.
- Drive automation initiatives, including CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Contribute to architectural planning, scalability, and system performance optimization.
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices to continuously enhance our service.
- Other related tasks.

MUST
- Over 7 years of full-stack experience (backend, frontend, DevOps)
- Over 5 years of experience as a tech lead, leading teams of 5 or more people.
- English：Read and write
- Implementation of automation processes such as CI
- Environment setup and operation using public cloud like AWS.
