1. Customer Service Activities
• Respond to inquiries received from clients and overseas offices/ agents.
• Perform, monitor daily activities of import & export shipments from rate procurement, reserve & release booking, update Tracking system and finish files properly.
• Solve problems and ensure smooth handling and outstanding service delivered to the clients.
• Negotiate rates with service providers e.g., overseas offices, carriers, trucking companies, brokerage agencies, etc.,
2. Quality Control
• Ensure high data quality of all kinds of records/reports related to the team activities in compliance with company guidelines e.g., statistics, internal/ external reports, quotations, etc.
• Manage the filing as per company guidelines.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
3. Initiative, Development, and Improvement
• Follow job standards and ensure it complies with the leader's assignment.
• Provide ideas, and suggestions to the team to continuously enhance work efficiency.
• Collaborate to achieve common goals.
4. Other duties as assigned.
• Solid freight forwarding knowledge with all ship modes (Sea, Air, Local transportation), basic knowledge of local customs formalities, and domestic.
• High sense of responsibility and good discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English.
• The ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Customer orientation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and digital platforms.
• Committed to lifetime learning as needed to maintain skill levels within the changing technology.
