Financial Controller (Manufacturing, Working At Long An)

• Lead and manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business goals
• ​​​​​​​Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Continuously monitor and analyze the company’s financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and key insights to inform decision-making.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal control systems to protect company assets and minimize risks.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports to the President and senior management team.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve operational efficiency, optimize profitability, and support overall business objectives.
• Coordinate audits and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the President, highlighting potential risks, opportunities, and recommendations for business growth.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of productivity, accountability, and professional growth.

• Male/Female. Under 45 years old
• University degree in Finance, Accounting orrelated field
• Have 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Controller in FDI manufacturing companies
• Good at English
