Financial Analyst

1. Financial Reporting

- Continuously monitor and assess the company’s financial performance to ensure business alignment.

- Deliver monthly analysis on direct sales performance, highlighting key drivers and areas for improvement to the Country Manager.

- Conduct product-level gross margin analysis and provide actionable insights for cost optimization and margin enhancement.

- Collaborate with business leaders to develop financial justifications for new initiatives or changes in operations.

- Coordinate with Group Finance in preparing the annual budget and conducting quarterly reforecasts.

- Support the Regional Finance Manager with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as needed.

2. Commercial Acumen

- Analyze variances between actual results, budget, and prior year to provide strategic insights.

- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and implement cost-saving measures.

- Engage in cross-functional projects and provide financial expertise to support business initiatives.

3. Business Partnership & Customer Service

- Partner with business leaders in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.

- Develop business models and financial projections to support both short-term tactics and long-term strategies.

- Ensure all financial reporting and insights are aligned with stakeholder needs and timelines.

- Offer recommendations and propose initiatives to drive operational efficiency and business growth.

4. Self-Development

- Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge to align with company goals and philosophy.

- Engage regularly with leadership to share updates and identify areas for continuous improvement.

- Embrace a proactive mindset, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit to thrive in a dynamic environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.

- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and the local language.

- Proven ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal/external stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of national banking procedures and financial regulations.

- Experience in internal controls related to accounting and administrative processes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
