Interpreter/Coordinator

• Translate technical documents, production materials, and business correspondence related to the garment industry.

• Interpret during internal meetings, customer visits, and discussions with suppliers and vendors.

• Accompany Japanese experts on weekly factory visits to facilitate communication and ensure seamless coordination on-site.

• Serve as a key communication bridge between Japanese experts and Vietnamese teams in both technical and operational matters.

• Bachelor’s degree in languages or business.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar interpreter or coordinator role.

• Fluency in Business English and Japanese (equivalent to N1 level) is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented and customer-focused mindset.

• Willing and able to travel frequently within Vietnam and occasionally overseas.

• Proactive, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
