Financial & Accounting Operations
Lead and manage all daily accounting and finance activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Oversee full-cycle accounting functions including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and reconciliations.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare statutory financial statements in compliance with VAS and support IFRS/consolidated reporting requirements.
Coordinate intercompany reconciliations and reporting with the parent company and overseas finance teams.
Ensure proper accounting controls, policies, and financial governance are in place.
Tax & Compliance
Manage all taxation matters including VAT, PIT, FCT, and CIT.
Handle tax declarations, tax finalization, and statutory compliance for FDI entities.
Act as the main contact point for tax authorities, auditors, banks, and external consultants.
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, labor regulations, and corporate policies.
Cash Flow & Financial Planning
Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables to ensure healthy financial operations.
Identify financial risks and propose practical business solutions.
Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and business insights for the CEO, Board of Directors, and investors.
Support budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and strategic business planning.
Business Partnering & Process Improvement
Work closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams to improve financial workflows and operational efficiency.
Participate in system enhancement initiatives, especially ERP/Xero integration projects.
Provide strategic financial perspectives and recommendations to support company growth.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, controls, and reporting quality.
Team Management
Supervise and support the accounting team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Provide hands-on guidance, coaching, and execution support when necessary.
Oversee payroll and mandatory insurance calculations in compliance with Labor Law.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Male/Female, 30-45 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Chief Accountant Certificate is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance & Accounting Manager or equivalent role within FDI companies.
Strong experience in service, logistics, warehousing, or trading industries is highly preferred.
Solid experience handling tax finalization and statutory compliance for FDI companies.
Proven experience preparing financial reports under VAS; IFRS exposure is a strong advantage.
Experience working directly with senior management, investors, and international stakeholders.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
