Fabric Quality Controller / Inspector – Vietnam (Onsite)

We are a reputed fabric trading company in Vietnam with Head Offices at China, and branch offices in India, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Taiwan. Working with well-known U.S. retail brands. We are looking for a Fabric Quality Controller / Inspector to manage quality control and fabric inspections across our partner mills in Vietnam. The candidate will be responsible for overall fabric quality assurance — from mill production follow-up to final shipment approval — ensuring all goods meet buyer standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fabric inspections at various mills across Vietnam following 4-point inspection standards.
• Manage production follow-ups with mills to ensure on-time delivery and consistent quality.
• Verify color approvals, shade variations, and handle color comments or corrective actions.
• Evaluate and make independent calls on fabric acceptance/rejection for shipments.
• Collaborate closely with mill QA teams to identify issues and drive problem-solving.
• Conduct sample checks and fabric quality assessments at our Ho Chi Minh office.
• Stay at mill areas as required during production stages and inspections.

• Vietnamese national, with at least basic English communication skills.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fabric inspection and quality control.
• Strong knowledge of 4-point inspection system and fabric quality standards.
• Hands-on experience in color assessment and shade evaluation.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel extensively and stay at mills area based on production schedules.
