Assist the CEO in handling client relationships, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
Translate and interpret between Japanese and Vietnamese in meetings, emails, and technical documents.
Support the sales process, including preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Maintain and update client records, reports, and business documents.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and Japanese clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Other tasks assigned by CEO.

Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields (recent graduates welcome).
Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1/N2+), strong business email writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to relocate to Japan for long-term career development.
