Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

1.Administrative Support:

  • Key aspects include communication management, scheduling and calendar organization, data entry and record keeping, document preparation, office management, travel arrangement, expenses management, and customer/ client support.
  • Manage and organize office files, records, and documents.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Visitor management: responsible for providing a positive and warm welcoming experience to guests and clients, creating a favourale impression of the company.

2.Operations Support:

  • Assist in the coordination of day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Assist in the management of vendor relationships, including contracts and negotiations.
  • Help monitor and manage operational budgets and expenses.

3.Compliance and Record-Keeping:

  • Assist in preparing and submitting required reports to management and regulatory bodies.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of the company’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) compliance program.
  • Maintain records related to personal data processing activities, consent forms, and data subject requests.
  • Manage ad hoc assistant tasks as assigned by the Director.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Assistant foreign director or office management roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent English verbal, writtten and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and administrative tools.
  • Ability to plan and execute company events effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
