Executive Assistant to the General Manager for Vietnam
Email Management: Answer emails, ensuring timely and professional communication in Mandarin and English
Communication Facilitation: ensuring clear and effective communication in Mandarin and English
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for the GM
Administrative Support: Perform data entry and other administrative tasks to support the GM and the broader team.
Interview Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, ensuring alignment and communication of priorities and objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and support the achievement of strategic objectives.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Fluency in Mandarin and English languages, with exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
Previous experience as an interpreter or translator is mandatory, particularly in Mandarin-English language pairs.
Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity, with the ability to navigate diverse cultural backgrounds and communication styles.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to convey messages accurately and concisely in both languages.
