Executive Admin

• Work under the Director’s guidance to:

• Draft emails

• Draft quotations

• Draft contracts

• Follow up Director’s communication with internal and external parties and make sure the Director’s instructions are followed through.

• Provide translation/interpretation

• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed, office mailing with courier

• Manage office maintenance and IT maintenance schedule & liaise with suppliers

• Create, curate, manage content, and respond to comments/messages for social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)

Accounting - HR:

• Do the payment request documents and relevant paperwork/follow up for projects

• Go to submit documents to the bank/authorities when needed

• Support in making financial reports

• Support in the recruitment process

• Coordinate with the Accountant service.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Graduate College or University in accounting and finance, economics, business or relevant degrees is preferable

• Must-have: Good English skills and well-structured communication.

• Excellent in consolidating/summarizing information & organize data/paperwork

• From 03 years of work experience

• Critical thinking, Honesty, Meticulousness, Responsiveness

• Proficiency in using Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Suite

• Task prioritization, Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Stay updated with the latest technology/AI techniques and integrate them into daily tasks to enhance productivity.


* Place of work:

- Office: Ly Tu Trong, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC

* Working hours:

o 44 hours/week: Monday to Friday

o Can extend work hours upon actual business demands (with compensation)

o Starting date: as soon as possible.

Negotiable salary. Roles/responsibilities is open for further adjustment upon actual performance and business needs. Salary review every year based on Company performance and staff performance. 13th month salary according to the Company’s finance.
22 days leave per year (including: 12 annual leaves, 10 holidays).
