Chi Tiết Công Việc

Support B2B event inquiries and meeting room bookings across multiple channels.
Conduct site tours and assist in preparing event proposals and quotations.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Assist in organizing The Sentry’s internal/community events.
Support event logistics, guest registration, setup, and on-site operations.
Handle administrative tasks including reports, contracts, invoices, and team coordination.

Available full-time for 6 months starting June 2026.
Undergraduate or fresh graduate in relevant fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese (essential for dealing with international partners and local vendors).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Interest or experience in events, community building, or business development is a plus
