Mô tả công việc:

TNM Digital is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner and an IT company under the Rohto Phamarceutical, headquartered in Japan. We deliver Microsoft business applications and digital solutions for clients across Vietnam, SEA, Europe, the US. We are looking for Project Manager candidates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our team and support clients in the Global ERP Project across Europe, the US, and Japan. This is a valuable opportunity for Vietnam-based consultants who want to work directly with international clients, strengthen their consulting capabilities, and gain hands-on exposure in a global project environment.

Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&, CRM, or BC), ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource planning in alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, Developers, QA, and external stakeholders.
Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams throughout project lifecycle.
Manage project risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on delivery.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure project governance, documentation, and implementation methodologies follow best practices.
Facilitate requirement discussions, solution alignment, and decision-making workshops with clients.
Oversee testing phases including SIT, UAT, and Go-live preparation.
Ensure smooth deployment, go-live support, and transition to post-implementation support teams.
Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned for future project optimization.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation or IT project management.
Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Experience working with Finance, Supply Chain, or CRM business processes is an advantage.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in risk management, project planning, and delivery governance.
Good English communication skills.
