Mô tả công việc:
● Manage and input data into the SAP system accurately and timely in accordance with current procedures.
● Monitor, verify, and update information related to operational processes with the Internal Team and Factory.
● Support data consolidation and prepare periodic reports from the SAP system and related departments.
● Monitor process compliance, review and propose improvements for manual steps and inefficient tasks to enhance productivity.
● Communicate and coordinate with the factory and departments in basic English (via email and direct communication).
● Work place: 1 position will work in Van Giang, Hung Yen province; and 1 position will work in Dong Da, Hanoi
Yêu cầu công việc:
● At least 2 years of experience in retail
● Strong English communication skills.
● Strong report, summary, collect information, making & update/ upgrade process
● Problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement approach
● Work independently and proactively handle assigned tasks.
