ProfessionalDevelopment

An annualperformance appraisal called a Professional Development Planisusedtosupport newrecruitersdevelop theirprofessional development plan;

Professional Development Plan is used to help newly recruiters to reach their continual developmentthrough identificationandimplementationofprofessional development plans.

*For foreign teachers:

- Candidates who have a diploma from a college or university specializing in English Pedagogy or:

- Have a College diploma or higher in English and any appropriate English Teaching certificate such as TESOL, TEFLE, CELTA, ETC), or:

- Have a College degree or higher, achieve a level 5 foreign language competency certificate in Vietnamese Standardized Test of English Proficiency or compatible and have an appropriate English Teaching certificate.

- Other documents as required by the law.

- Enthusiastic, sociable, diligent, cheerful, loves children.

- Experienced in teaching young learners.
