Mô tả công việc:

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Electronics R& Manager($2000, ID21131)
  • Manage and oversee the overall operations of the R& Department.
  • Develop, improve, and optimize production operation processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct research, develop, and implement new technologies and innovations into manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor and control project progress, quality standards, and technical performance to ensure project effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to support product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Male, under 46 years old.
  • Master’s degree or above in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • At least 10 years of experience as an R& Manager in the electronic components industry, particularly in camera-related products.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills in both speaking and writing.
