Chi Tiết Công Việc

Purchase electronic components and materials to support EMS manufacturing programs.
Execute purchasing activities based on customer BOMs, AVL/AML, forecasts, and production plans.
Create, manage, and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP/MRP systems.
Track lead times, delivery schedules, and expedite materials to meet production requirements.
Source components from approved suppliers and negotiate pricing, MOQ, and lead time.
Coordinate closely with Engineering, Planning, Production, and Quality teams.
Support NPI and ECO changes; identify alternative components when necessary.
Manage inventory levels and excess & obsolete (E&O) materials.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements and RoHS/REACH regulations.

1-2 years of experience in electronics purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
Experience in EMS / contract manufacturing is preferred.
Strong knowledge of electronic components and BOMs.
Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
Good English communication skills (spoken & written) – mandatory.
Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
