- Report directly to the General Manager (GM) and has direct management responsibility for the Sales &Marketing team, which consists of 5 individuals. Work closely with the GM to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Be responsible for setting and achieving monthly revenue targets for the sales team.
- Conduct thorough market segmentation analysis to understand the different customer segments that the organization targets. Key segments may include: Transient FIT (Free Independent Travelers), Corporate (businesses and organizations), E-channels (online booking platforms), and Group (large travel groups).
- Implement strategies to improve the efficiency of the sales process, reduce customer drop-off rates, and encourage bookings.
- Be responsible for evaluating the performance of the Sales and Marketing team, ensuring individual and team goals are aligned with overall business objectives.
