Mô tả công việc:

  • Participate in developing digital transformation methodologies. Organize and implement capacity-building for the Company in consulting, providing, and deploying digital transformation solutions.
  • Analyze market demands for assigned solutions, build and maintain relationships with technology firms to explore market solution needs and target customer groups.
  • Contribute to the development of digital transformation strategies, solutions, and roadmaps aligned with the business and development strategies of the enterprise.
  • Assist clients in identifying and achieving management, production, and business goals through digital transformation.
  • Assess the current IT status using appropriate tools and measurement indicators. Evaluate the digital maturity level of enterprises.
  • Organize the implementation of digital initiatives and new business models for enterprises.
  • Develop deliverables and hand over to clients according to project schedules.
  • Coordinate with digital transformation consulting partners and solution providers to implement projects for clients.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Knowledge of digital transformation methodologies and platforms for businesses, financial institutions, and banks.
  • Strategic thinking abilities.
  • Capable of self-research and information synthesis.
  • Ability to consult on digital transformation solutions and new concepts (understanding of IT infrastructure, system operations, customer experience (CX), Agile, Design Thinking, and enterprise management solutions like CRM, ERP, RPA, etc.).
  • Able to analyze business current state, business models, and operations.
  • Build organizational structures and human resources aligned with transformation strategies.
  • Experience in working with and consulting for digital transformation in Big4 firms, consulting, or technology companies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to discuss tasks, negotiate, debate, and write documents in English.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a digital transformation consultant.
  • Preferred certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation, PM, Prince2, PMP, Scrum Master.
