Chi Tiết Công Việc

Develop digital media plans, set up and optimize for campaign performance on media channels, including Facebook, Google, Tiktok, and other online channels.
Prepare creative briefs and follow up with the creative team on banner production.
Follow up with the admin and finance team on payments, including raising e-PR, PO, payment request signing, document submission, and invoice collection.
Responsible for the day-to-day running of campaigns, analyze metrics, provide campaign effectiveness reports weekly/monthly/quarterly, and proactively recommend optimizations when appropriate to improve media performance.
Research and frequently update new trends in digital, propose adaptation plans accordingly.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Other tasks will be assigned by the line manager.

Work hands-on with various industries.
Know KPIs intimately. You will be taught how to wisely spend media dollars. You will develop an eye for which articles, campaigns, and platforms have the potential for success, and which are a waste of time.
Growth hacking mindset in digital marketing, media planning, implementation, and optimizations.
Allowance fee: 2.000.000 VND per month (first 03 months) & 5.000.000 VND per month (next 03 months).
