Developer Specialist

Overview

Specialist, Developer is responsible for analyzing requirements, developing software solutions, and enhancing existing applications to optimize performance and functionality. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions tailored for the real estate industry, particularly in property and residential community management. The position also requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

A. Performance

Requirements Analysis & Software Design

• Analyze client and user requirements related to real estate management and residential community operations

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design technical solutions that meet business and operational needs

Software Development and System Intergration

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to create new applications that support property management, resident services, and operational efficiency

• Enhance and optimize existing applications by implementing new features and improving efficiency for real estate and property management solutions

• Design and implement APIs for seamless integration with third-party applications and external services

• Ensure data consistency and secure communication between internal systems and external platforms.

• Collaborate with Technical Writers to create and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and user instructions for real estate applications

Testing & Debugging

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software reliability and stability in real-world real estate scenarios

• Identify and resolve software bugs and performance issues to ensure seamless operations for property managers and residents

• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to maintain smooth interoperability

Technology Research & Solution Recommendations

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve real estate management and residential community services.

B. Health

• Participate fully 100% in training, internal sharing, communication programs and events organized by Company

• Ensure 100% compliance without violating to procedures, policies of division/ department and Company.

Background / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology.

• At least 8 years of experience in the Information Technology sector

• At least 5 years of experience in programming C#, .NET, SQL, ….

• Ability to read/ research documents in English.

• High sense of responsibility.

Specific job skills

• Proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and SDKs, including: .Net Core, C#, HTML5, ReactJS, Flutter, …

• Proficiency in database management: MS SQL, MySQL,…

• Strong understanding of front-end web technologies, mobile app, and software development platforms.

• Experience in developing software for the real estate industry, including property management systems (PMS), CRM for real estate, and residential service applications

• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills to identify, troubleshoot, and improve software solutions.

• Experience in problem-solving and debugging to enhance program functionality and resolve issues efficiently
