Chi Tiết Công Việc
Mô tả công việc:
1. Daily production data statistics and reports to superiors.
2. Daily chemical usage report.
3. Prepare daily and weekly production reports
4. Prepare relevant forms (e.g., reports, notes and signatures)
5. In charge of management: receiving documents, registering and issuing labor protection
equipment.
6. Manage, store and check information of all types of documents.
Yêu cầu công việc:
Years of Related Work Experience:
At least 1 year of experience working in a company in charge of data and reporting
Knowledge Requirements:
• Experience in data and reporting related work
• Knowledge of word, excel, powerpoint.
• Have experience working as teamwork.
• Know in detail the documents, verifying and ensuring their application.
• Have a progressive spirit and a willingness to learn
Other Qualifications, Certifications Needs:
Management experience of (shift working pattern) knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, 5S.
Language Skill:
- Fluent in Vietnamese
- Average in English
- Pleasurable in Spanish
• Integrity
