Training and Development
Design and implement regular training programs (massage, facial, body treatments, spa etiquette, customer service, etc.).
Conduct induction training for new team members.
Assess staff skills and prepare individual development plans.
Update and share new spa techniques, trends, and wellness knowledge to improve service quality.
Service Quality Assurance
Ensure all staff comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and resort service standards.
Support the Spa Manager in monitoring guest satisfaction and service quality.
Conduct refresher training when service gaps or performance issues are identified.
Operational Support and Improvement
Recommend new treatments, products, and process improvements.
Monitor the usage and maintenance of spa equipment and products.
Assist Spa Manager in recruitment, evaluation, and employee development.
Communication & Reporting
Prepare and submit training reports and employee performance assessments.
Act as a communication bridge between the Spa Manager and therapists.
